Our debut release, a first for Canadian Whisky, a 9-year-old Canadian Single Malt single cask finished in a Brazilian Amburana barrel, is a testament to our commitment to innovation and exploration. The tasting notes above are what we get when we drink this whisky, though, in truth we struggled to find two people who gave the same tasting notes. From toasted nori to spearmint, sun tanning lotion to cedar wood and cinnamon to tropical fruit. This unique bottling should have a lot for whisky enthusiasts interested in exploring this newly accessible Brazilian Amburana cask, recently available to whisky distilleries.
